Welcome Back

After what seems like an eternity, we are now in a position to again concentrate on doing what we do best; looking after our guests and welcoming you back to “The Swan”.

Throughout the lockdown, we have taken this opportunity to enhance many areas around the hotel, both back and front of house we have also undertaken a full refurbishment of our ground floor and public areas. We can’t wait to welcome you back and show off these areas.

We are delighted to announce that the Hotel will commence its re-opening programme from Monday 17th May 2021 subject to the Government Roadmap.

What to Expect

From Monday 17th May our hotel bedrooms and Mews Apartments are open for bookings; our booking channels are already available for all packages from this date.

From the same date our aim is to open our restaurant, bars and lounges to both the general public and residents with all current English Government guidelines being observed. For the time being, we will only be accepting tables to a maximum of 6 guests or 2 households both inside and on our Front Terrace.

As part of our ongoing commitment to you we have implemented a variety of new protocols and elevated practices in response to the COVID 19 pandemic these sit harmoniously alongside our normal high standard of cleanliness and commitment to providing excellent service.

Service Adjustments

We have made a few adjustments to the services, amenities and facilities available during your stay. To ensure you have a happy stay and to re-assure you that we have thought of all aspects, please familiarise yourself with the and safety procedures that are now in place.  Please check your pre-arrival documentation for further information on what services are or are not available or contact the hotel on info@swanhotelwells.co.uk.

Event Bookings

From June onwards we will commence welcoming a selection of small socially distanced events with limited numbers. Again, we will be following all English Government guidelines and our own due diligent risk-assessment ensuring maximum safety and convenience to guests.

The wellbeing of you our guests and that of our team remain our absolute priority. We will keep you regularly updated on our “Safe Swan” measures and precautions and amend as appropriate when further restrictions ease.

You and your loved ones can be assured of our continued commitment as we slowly return out of lockdown.
